WEDDING IN ROME
Wedding in Rome: photo reportage at Roman Studies
Alessandro and Laura got married in Rome in the church of Santa Sabina, on the Aventine Hill. Being from Northern Italy, Laura chose to get ready in a hotel around there and precisely at the S. Anselmo hotel. Laura was enthusiastic and in the company of her joyful bridesmaids. The light that filtered through the window allowed us to recreate suggestive settings and reflections. S. Sabina, adorned with white flowers, looked even brighter. Alexander at the sight of his Laura, accompanied along the nave by his dad, was radiant. After the ceremony we walked to the location chosen by the couple: the National Institute of Roman Studies. The newlyweds made their entrance to the reception accompanied to the sound of music on the terrace where the aperitif was held. We took the photo shoot of the couple between the beautiful 16th-century cloister, the green garden of the entrance and in the characteristic Piazza di S. Anselmo. The dinner was set up in the cloister with an elegant white and light pink decoration. Then Laura changed her dress by lightening her skirt and together with Alessandro they joined their guests on the terrace where, before sitting down for dinner, we took advantage of it for photos at sunset. When the cake was cut they were surrounded by their guests with sparklers and a truly festive atmosphere was created. Photographing while people danced with Rome by night in the background made our work magical.
