WEDDING VITERBO
Wedding in Tuscia, in the ancient Borgo of Sutri
Alessia and Mathieu are an Italian-French couple who chose the Cathedral of Sutri, in the province of Viterbo, to celebrate their wedding. Both got ready in the Ancient Borgo of Sutri, a location immersed in Tuscia a few km from the church. It was nice to be able to portray Alessia in that beautiful expanse of greenery and, once ready, she reached Mathieu with her dad in a vintage car. The church, originally of Romanesque style, underwent Baroque renovations over the centuries. Alessia, arm in arm with her dad, walked the aisle with its cosmatesque floor, one of the few remaining elements of the medieval era. After the end of the religious ceremony and having been greeted by their guests, the couple followed us for some photos in the villa of the nearby Roman amphitheater. The green park and the texture of the place created a perfect environment for the photo shoot. Their guests waited for them at Antico Borgo di Sutri, excited for their arrival. Alessia and Mathieu immediately reached them in the garden for the aperitif. The dinner was served in the internal room and the colors chosen for the setting up were white and green. After the speeches and some surprises we moved out for the wedding cake that the newlyweds cut surrounded by bright sparklers bound by their loved ones. After a romantic first dance many of their international friends danced with the couple and celebrated them until late at night.
